Role & responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Execution & Rollout:
    • Coordinate with regional stakeholders for preparation and rollout as per plan.
    • Ensure efficient execution of programs and escalate gaps during regional reviews.
  • Process Adoption & Sustainability:
    • Drive adoption of tools and processes to ensure long-term sustainability of initiatives.
    • Connect with Regional team members and dealer teams for process improvement and feedback on tool effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reviews:
    • Maintain cadence of monthly planning and regional review meetings.
    • Highlight priority improvement areas using dashboards and insights during weekly reviews
  • Communication & Reporting:
    • Share updates on initiatives, including actions taken, improvements achieved, and support required.
    • Provide local testimonials where necessary to showcase success stories.
  • Program Marketing:
    • Ensure timely distribution and availability of marketing and process collaterals across regions.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and dealer operations is an advantage.
